Senior Vice President, Asset Management Operations

Patricia Milloy-Alfred became Senior Vice President, Asset Management Operations on July 1, 2025. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President, Client Services Operations (now Wealth Management Operations & Enterprise Contact Centers).

With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Patricia has held senior leadership roles across Mackenzie, Investors Group and IG Wealth Management, spanning operations management, project delivery and business consulting. At IG Wealth Management, she was instrumental in redefining Wealth Management Operations and later led expanded Insurance and Mortgage business operations.

Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trent University and holds several Canadian Securities Institute designations. She has contributed to industry committees, including FundSERV ESG working groups, the Canadian Forum for Financial Markets (CFFiM) and the Canadian Capital Markets Association.
