As Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partner, she is a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, providing strategic HR partnership across organizational design, leadership development and talent planning. Known for her collaborative and agile approach, Andrea builds strong business partnerships and delivers practical solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.

Andrea studied at the University of Western Ontario and holds credentials in project management, strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
